In the midst of his work as an actor during the closing of the Mar del Plata theater season, Facundo became embroiled in the controversy following the release of messages in which he allegedly insults the mother of his daughter, Nara Zubieta, and expresses his desire not to see his little Matilda, who is nearly four years old. In response to these allegations, Facundo defended his position stating that he had recently been with his daughter and that the context of the conversations did not reflect the reality of his relationship with his family.
